"I put up a tutorial and/or training center not to compete with other training centers, but rather, to be of help in pushing the computer literacy level of young Filipinos at par with the rest of the world," thus declares Jose Rheynel S. Arce, the information technology enthusiast and founder of BrainTECH Center. By literacy, Arce means functional literacy.
The founder's mission is to be able to train and/or offer the most in-demand training programs where graduates are most in demand today. The IT enthusiast hopes to be able to add more computer units, trainors and to have more spacious space in the coming year, for he wants to offer classes also instead of just a tutorial services. He is also envisioning the center to be a leading provider of ICT training education and consulting services in the years to come.
